To prevent yourself from becoming one of those statistics, implement the following into your life:



- Stop Smoking or Reduce Nicotine consumption

- Choose Good Nutrition

- Learn to manage Blood cholesterol

- Lower high blood pressure

- Be physically active every day

- Aim for a healthy weight

- Manage diabetes

- Reduce stress

- Limit alcohol
